THE PEOPLE’S NON-FITNESS PERSONALITY

A bit fitter. Still yourself.

Gym Dodgers is for people who want to feel a little healthier without enrolling in an entirely new way of being.

Fictional presenter Gaz Stride holding a mug at his Gym Dodgers studio desk.

Meet Gaz.
He’s not going to shout.

Gaz Stride is our fictional British presenter, around 50, with a dry North West sense of humour and a healthy suspicion of anything described as a “transformation”.

Gaz is fictional and AI-generated. He isn’t a real person, a trainer or a source of personal medical advice. He’s a character with a raised eyebrow and a very familiar outlook on life.

He gives Gym Dodgers its voice: warm, conversational, occasionally cynical. More chat over a brew than speech from a podium.

WHERE IT COMES FROM

Same idea.
A new conversation.

Gym Dodgers draws inspiration from the founder’s original book, published in 2013. Its central idea still shapes the brand: get fit without insisting on telling everyone you are.

We’re not anti-exercise. We’re interested in making everyday movement feel approachable, with humour, practical ideas and less fuss.

A laugh is welcome. A made-up fact isn’t.

Comedy belongs in the episodes. Factual guidance belongs through an evidence-aware editorial process. Future journal articles will be checked and sourced before publication.

No invented experts. No miracle promises. And no suggestion that a fictional bloke knows your personal health circumstances.

A SMALL PLAN. COMING SOON.

Less life overhaul.
More little changes.

Seven Days of Doing Slightly More. A forthcoming challenge for the rest of us.
